Caitlin Vielstich-Acuna is a Washington based printmaker, primarily working with relief printing and screenprinting. Vielstich-Acuna grew up on the east coast, spending her childhood in New Jersey until moving to Massachusetts to pursue a BFA in Printmaking and Curatorial Studies at Montserrat College of Art. After receiving her first degree in 2019, Vielstich-Acuna moved to Washington to further her education and graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2022 with a BA in Art History and a minor in German. Vielstich-Acuna has worked at several art museums, including the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture in Spokane, WA and the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA.
